Admins can create accounts via the Secretariat Console. You can upload a CSV of delegates or create them manually. This ensures every participant has a unique visual identity and secure access.
Create your committees and assign Chairs. Once a committee is "Live", delegates can join the floor using their secure credentials.
The Chair initializes the session by setting the current topic. This unlocks the Command Palette for delegates and enables the automated procedural logic for that session.
