Motion Feed
The Motion Feed is a cascading queue of every procedural request raised by delegates. It eliminates the need for manual note-taking and ensures no motion is missed.
Managing the Floor
- •Real-time Capture: Motions appear in the feed the millisecond they are submitted via the Command Palette.
- •Motion Grouping: Similar motions (e.g., three different requests for a 10-minute caucus) can be grouped and handled together.
- •Resolution Actions:
- •Approve: Instantly updates the committee status.
- •Reject: Removes the motion and notifies the submitting delegate.
- •Put to Vote: Initializes an automated procedural vote across all delegate screens.
Audit Trail
Every motion and its eventual resolution is cryptographically logged in the committee history, providing a permanent record for post-conference review.
