Delegates can raise a variety of procedural requests:

• •Unmoderated Caucus: Propose a suspension of the rules for informal consultation.
• •Points of Inquiry: Ask a question regarding the rules of procedure.

Tactical Precision

Every motion submitted is timestamped and queued in the Chair's feed immediately. This ensures that your requests are addressed in the order they are received, maintaining total procedural fairness.
