Session Control

The Chair has absolute authority over the digital state of the committee. The Session Control panel allows you to update the status and topic of the council instantly.

Operational Modes

• •Status Management: Switch between 'Moderated Caucus', 'Unmoderated Caucus', 'Voting', and 'Suspended'. This updates the dashboard for every delegate in real-time.
• •Topic Control: Set and update the primary topic of discussion.
• •Caucus Details: For moderated caucuses, specify the sub-topic and total duration to initialize the automated logic.

Real-time Broadcast

Any change made in the Session Control panel is pushed immediately to all connected devices. There is no need for delegates to refresh their browsers to stay in sync with the Dais.
